• 108 = x + 3 + 2x
• 108 - 3 = x + 2x
• 105 = x + 2x
• 105 = 3x
• 105/3 = x
• 35m = x

Therefore :

• Length of the pool = x + 3
• Length of the pool = 35 + 3
• Length of the pool = 38m

• Breadth of the pool = 2x
• Breadth of the pool = 2 × 35
• Breadth of the pool = 70m
