breadth =x m

2(l+b)=242 m

2 (3x+5+x)=242 m

4x+5=242/2

4x+5=121

4x=121-5

4x=116

x=115/4

x=28.75 m

Length =3 (28.75)+5 =91.25m

Breadth=28.75 m
