Let each side of rhombus be a

So, Perimeter =4a

4a =146

a=36.5

Now, As diagonals bisect each other

let AC be 48m and diagonals bisect at O(Refer to attachment)

AO=OC= 24

AB= 36.5

In AOB

So, OB = [(AB)^2-AO^2]

OB = (36.5)^2 - (24)^2]

OB = 1332.25- 576

=756.25

=27.5

So other diagonal DB = 2×OB

=2× 27.5

= 55 m
