The perimeter of a rhombus is 260cm and it's height is 10cm.If one diagonal is 25cm,find the length of other diagonal.

We know that,
Perimeter of rhombus=4×side
Therefore,260 cm=4×side
=260÷4 = side
= side = 65cm each
Now,Area of rhombus=Base×Height---(1)
=65cm×10cm
=650 cm^2(centimeter square)
Now,we know that
Area of rhombus=1/2×d1×d2------(2)
(Here d=diagonal)
= 650=1/2×25×d2
=650×2÷25=d2. {cross multiplication}
d2=26cm
Hence,the length of the other diagonal is 26 cm.
