and other than these two the third side or hypotenuse will have x√2 unit

therefore perimeter =2x +x√2

2+√2=2x+x√2

=> x =1

as if the value of x is greater or lesser than 1 then we couldn't get the perimeter 2+√2

therefore area =1/2* b*h

=1/2*1*1

=1/2 unit^2
