as

a+b =14 cm

a^2 + b ^2 =100

 {(a + b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  + 2ab +  {b}^{2} \\ 196 = 100 + 2ab \\ 96 = 2ab \\ 48 = ab

area of triangle = 1/2 × b × h

base =b

height =a

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times a \times b \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 48 \\  = 24

Answer:

Perimeter= 24cm

a+b+c= 24

a+b+10= 24

a+b=24-10

a+b= 14

And also a^2+b^2=10^2=100

So,

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

14^2 = 10^2+2ab

196 = 100+ 2ab

2ab= 196-100

2ab= 96

ab= 96/2

ab= 48

So, area= 1/2*b*h

= 1/2*a*b

=1/2*48

=24cm^2

Therefore answer is 24cm^2

Thank you
