The perimeter of a right angle triangle is 450 m and its sides are in the ratio 13 : 12 :5. find the area of triangle.​

The perimeter of a right angle triangle is 450 m and its sides are in the ratio 13 : 12 :5. find the area of triangle.

Let the sides be 12x , 13x and 5x

As 12, 13 and 5 are Pythagoras triplets it is a right angle triangle .

Given Perimeter = 450m

12x + 13x + 5x = 450

30x = 450

x = 450/30

= 15

Now Area of Triangle

Area = 1/2 x × 13x × 5x

6x × 5x = 30x²

We know the value of x that's 15

Now

30×15²

30× 225

6750 m²
