Let, the length of sides containing right angle be 5x and 12x respectively.

So,

hypotenuse \:  =  \:  \sqrt{ {(5x)}^{2}  +  {(12x)}^{2} }=\sqrt{(25 {x}^{2} + 144 {x}^{2} ) }=\sqrt{169 {x}^{2} }=13x

Now, A/q,

5x + 12x + 13x = 60 cm

or, 30x = 60

or, x = 2

∴ Hypotenuse = 13x = 13(2) cm = 26 cm
