Side one = A

Side two = B

Side three = Hypotenuse =  C = 25

A +  B + C = 60

A + B = 60 - 25 = 35

According to Pythogas theory

A² + B² = C²

(A+B)² - 2AB = C²

35² - 2ab = 25²

2AB = (35 + 25) (35 - 25) = 60 x 10 =600

AB = 300

1/2  x  (height x base) = Area

1/2 x 300 = 150cm²

Area = 150cm²
