12x =48

x = 48÷12

SO THIS IS A RIGHT ANGLE TRIANGLE

Let the sides be 3x,4x and 5x.

Perimeter=48m

3x+4x+5x=48

12x=48

x=48÷12

x=4

therefore,

3x=3×4=12

4x=4×4=16

5x=5×4=20.

Area =1/2×l×b

=1/2×12×16

=1/2×192 m.

=96

The area is 96m.
