Given perimeter of square room = 56 m

Let a be length / edge of room then

4a=56

[a=14 cm]

then given another room 1 side = a+2= 16 m and perimeter = 56

then x be another side of room then

2[16+x]=56

2x= 56-32 = 24

[x=12 m]

∴ length of another room is 16 m & breadth of another room is 12 m

take it as example
