the Perimeter of a room is 18m. It is 4m wide find it's length and area

length = 5m area = 20 m sq.

2(l+b)=18m

l+b=18m÷2

l+b=9m

b=4m

l+4m=9m

l=9m-4m

l=5m

area=l×b

area=5m×4m

area=20
