ANSWER

The perimeter of the school promises = 14/15. Time Taken to complete 2/15 th part = 5 minutes Time taken to complete 14/15 th part = 14/15 ÷ 2/15 × 5/1 =14/15×15/2×5/1 cancellation of 15. =14/2×5/1= 70/2 = 35 minutes.

Given :  perimeter of a school premises is 14/15 unit  ,  to complete 2/15 unit    or 2/15 Part , 5 minutes of  walking is required

To Find : how much time takes to complete 14/15 units

Solution:

2/15 unit    is covered  in   time  = 5 minutes

1 units is covered  in  = 5/(2/15)  minutes

=> 1 unit  is covered  in  = 75/2   minutes

14/15 units are covered in  = (14/15) (75/2)

= 7 * 5

= 35  units

if  2/15th part  ( not unit ) is covered in 5 minutes

Then 1 Part is   is covered in 5/(2/15) = 37.5   minutes

Then unit of perimeter does not have any significance
