Perimeter of square = 4×Side
Here, Side is 16cm
=⟩ 4 × 16
=⟩ 64cm
Therefore, Perimeter of Square is 64cm
So, Perimeter of square and rectangle are same:
- Perimeter of square = 64 cm
- Perimeter of Rectangle = 64cm
Now, In Rectangle length is given.
L = 20cm
[ Breadth = Perimeter/2 - Length ]
=⟩ b = 64/2 - 20
=⟩ b = 32 - 20
=⟩ b = 12
Therefore, Breadth of the Rectangle is 12cm
Check :
Perimeter = 2(l+b)
=⟩ 2 ( 20 + 12 )
=⟩ 2 ( 32 )
