LB=a²-100

2(L+B) = 4a

L+B = 2a

L²+LB = 2aL

L²+a²-100 = 2aL

L²-2aL+a²-100 = 0

*For rest refer the pic..........

Since, 4a=160m, a=40m

hence, the value of rectangle's length could be 50m or 30m.
