The perimeter of a square is 26 cm. The area of another square is 121 cm2 .Find out the ratio of their sides.

Given,

 \bf Perimeter \: \: of \:\: Square_{(1)} = 26 \: cm \\ \bf Area  \:  \: of  \:  \:  Square_{(2)} = 121 \:  {cm}^{2}

We know,

 <b> Formulas  of         :-

  1. Perimeter of a Square = 4 × (Side)
  2. Area of a Square = (Side)²

Therefore,

 \large \tt Side  \:  \: of  \:  \:  Square_{(1)} =  \frac{26}{4}  = { \blue{6.5 \: cm}}

\large \tt Side  \:  \: of  \:  \:  Square_{(2)} =   \sqrt{121}  =  \blue{11 \: cm}

Now,

 \sf Ratio \:  \:  of \:  \:  Side  \:  \: of  \:  \: Square_{(1)} \:  \: \& \:  \: Square_{(2)} \\  \\  \frak{ =  >  \frac{6.5}{11}  =  \frac{65}{110}  =  \frac{13}{22} } \\  \\  \huge \frak{ =  >  \red{13: 22}}
