the perimeter of a square is 2k cm. if the perimeter of square become 1/2k cm,how will the side length the square change?​

Answer:

Perimeter of a Square is 4a where a is the length of each side .

As per question ,

4a = 2k

a = k/2

When Perimeter of the Square becomes 1/2K

4a = 1/2k

a = 1/8k

So the side of Square changes from k/2 to 1/8k
