As per the data given in the question,

We have to determine the value of area of square.

As per question,

it is given that,

Perimeter of square = 44 cm

As we know that,

Perimeter of square = 4 \times sides

So, value of sides will be

44 = 4 \times sides\\=>Sides = \frac{44}{4}\\=> Sides = 11\:cm

As we know that,

Formula for finding the area of square is Area = side^2

So, for determining the value of area of square we will put the value of side in above formula.

Hence, we will get the area of square as = 11^2 = 121\:cm^2

Hence, area of square will be 121 Square cm.

  • As per the data given in the question, we have to determine the area of a square.

        Given data:-Perimeter=44cm.

To find:- Area of a square.

        Solution:-

  • The square has four sides, each side are equal to each other.
  • the sum of all its interior angles is 360degree.
  • The perimeter of a square is 4a.

         Therefore,

         \Rightarrow 4a=44\\\Rightarrow a=11cm.

     So, area will be,

         =a^{2} \\= 11^{2}\\=121cm^{2}.

Hence, the area of a square will be 121cm^{2}.
