Perimeter of square =56m
4x(side of square)=56m
side of square= 14m
area of square= side x side
area of square= 14x14
area of square= 196 sq. m
are of rectangle=196-8m
length x breadth=188m
16 x breadth=188m
breadth= 11.75m
this is the correct answer it will help you

Given: perimeter of the square = 56 m
hence, length of one side of the square = 56/4.
= 14 m

Area of square = (length) ^2
= (14)^2
= 196 sq.m

Also, given that
Area of rectangle = Area of square - 8.
= 196 - 8
= 188 sq.m

As we know,
Area of rectangle = (length) (breadth)
188 = (16) (breadth)

Therefore, breadth = 188/16
= 11.75 m

Hope this information helps you
