the perimeter of a square is 60 cm find its area and then its new area obtained on increasing each of its side by 2 metre

perimeter=60cm

side=60/4

=15cm

area=side×side

=15×15

=225cm^2

length of side if it's side is increased by 2m=2.15m

area=2.15×2.15

=4.6225m^2

New side=0.15 +2=2.15
