The perimeter of a square is 64 m. The area of a rectangle is 6 m’ less than the area of the
given square. If the length of the rectangle is 25 m, find its breadth.
and 9,5 m wide. A square carpet of side 11 m is laid on the floor​

Perimeter of square = 64m

Side = 16m

Area = 16x16 = 256sq.m

Area of rectangle = 256 - 6

=> 250

Length = 25m

Breadth = 250/25

=> 10

Therefore breadth of the rectangle is 10m.
