perimeter of rect. = perimeter of square

2(l+b) = 4×side

2(10) = 4× side

20/4 = side

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of square = perimeter of rectangle

We know that'

Perimeter of square is 4a where A= measure side of square

Now the perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

According to given condition we have!

4a= 2(l+b)

4a=2(6+4)

4a=20

Now here 4 is multiplY with(A)move it to R. H. S

THEN

A=20/4

A=5
