\large\red{\boxed{\sf Lenght\:of\:sides=6\:cm}}

\large\red{\boxed{\sf Area(A)=36\:{cm}^{2} }}

\huge\underline\blue{\sf Solution:}

1. Find the Lenght of photo frame side .

\large\underline\pink{\sf Given: }

  • Perimeter of photo frame (P)=24cm

\large\underline\pink{\sf To\:Find: }

  • Lenght of side of photo frame(a)=?

We know that ,

\large{♡}\large{\boxed{\sf Perimeter\:of\:square (P)=4a }}

On Putting value :-

\large\implies{\sf 24=4×a}

\large\implies{\sf a={\frac{24}{4}}}

\large\implies{\sf a=6cm }

2) Find Area of the photo frame .

\large\underline\pink{\sf Given: }

  • Side of photo frame (a) = 6 cm

\large\underline\pink{\sf To\:Find: }

  • Area of photo frame (A) = ?

We know that ,

\large{♡}\large{\boxed{\sf Area\:of\:square(A)={a}^{2} }}

On Putting value :-

\large\implies{\sf A = 6×6}

\large\implies{\sf 36{cm}^{2}}

 \large \sf \underline{ \underline{ \: Solution : \:  \:  \: }}

Given ,

Perimeter of square = 24 cm

Let ,

Side = a

We know that ,

  \sf \large\fbox{ \fbox{Perimeter \:  of \:  square = 4a \:  \: }}

 \sf \to 24 = 4a \\  \\ \sf \to   a = 6 \: cm

Thus , 6 cm is the length of its sides

Now ,

 \large   \sf\fbox{ \fbox{ \: Area  \: of  \: square =  {(Side)}^{2} \:  }}

 \to \sf Area =   {(6)}^{2}  \\  \\ \to \sf Area =  36 \: {cm}^{2}

Thus , 36 cm² is the area of the photo frame
