Let length of each side of the playground = x metre

So perimeter = 4x metre

So by the given condition

$\implies \sf{x =300}$

Hence area of the playground

$\sf{ = {x}^{2} \: \: \: sq. {metre}}$

$\sf{ = {(300)}^{2} \: \: \: sq. {metre}}$

$\sf{ = 90000 \: \: \: sq. {metre}}$
