64/4 = 16.

this means that each side of the square is 16 m.

Then multiply 16 and 16 to get the area.

The answer is 256 m^2

I hope this is helpful for you. I would be thankful if you mark

Perimeter of Sq. plot = 64m

[As we know that Perimeter of sq. is 4×Side]

Let the side of sq. plot be x

A.T.Q. [According to Question]

4 × Side = 64

=> 4 × x = 64

=> x = 64/4

=> x = 16

•°• Side of sq. plot = 16m

 \textbf{Note :-}
_______

While transposing a number from one side to another, the sign gets change.

i.e.

( + ) becomes ( - )

( - ) becomes ( + )

( × ) becomes ( ÷ )

( ÷ ) becomes ( × )
