let sides be 5x 12x and 13x..
perimeter=sum of all sides
300=5x+12x+13x
300=30x
x=10
sides=50 120 and 130
now by using heron's formula u can find the area
herons formula= √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c), where s= semi perimeter
