The perimeter of a trapezium is 80 cm. Its non-parell sides are each equal to 17 cm and its altitude is 15 cm. Its area will be?​

hey here is your answer

perimeter of trapezium is 80 cm

we know perimeter of any closed figure is sun of its all side

So let sum of parallel side of trapezium be x

Then

80 cm =sum of opposite side + sum of parallel side

80cm = 17+17 + x

80cm = 34+x

x= 80-34

x= 46cm

now area of trapezium = 1/2 × height × sum of parallel side

area = 1/2 × 15× 46 cm

area= 345 sq cm

ANS: 345 sq cm.
