Perimeter is the sum of all sides.

Let sides be 25x , 17x and 12x

so 25x + 17x + 12x = 270

54x = 270 ---> x=5

Therefore the three sides are (25x5)= 125cm , (17x5)=85cm and (12x5)=60cm

Area of triangle can be calculated by heron/s formula

which comes to 2250m squared

let the proportionality constant be x
s=25x+17x+12x/2=27
√(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
√(27×(27-25)(27-17)(27-12)
√(27×2×10×15)
9×3×2×5×2×5×3
3×2×5√9
30×3
=90m square
