Perimeter of triangle = a+b+c

16cm = 3.6+5.8+c

16cm = 9.4+c

c = 16-9.4

c = 6.6 cm

Let the three sides of the triangle be x, y and z respectively.

Then, perimeter of triangle= x+y+z

16 = 3.6+5.8+z

16 = 9.4+z

16-9.4 = z

6.6 = z

hence, the measure of third side is 6.6 cm
