Let the sides be x and y

Perimeter of Triangle = 24

x + y +10 = 24

x + y = 14

Area of the Triangle = 24

1/2 * x * y =24

xy = 48

y= 14 - x

x(14 -x) = 48

14x - x^2 = 48

x^2 - 14x + 48 = 0

x^2 - 8x - 6x + 48 = 0

x(x-8) - 6(x -8) = 0

(x-8) (x-6) = 0

x = 8 or 6cm

sides of the triangle are 6cm ,8cm and 10cm.
