The perimeter of a triangle is 32cm and its one side is 11cm. If the difference of the other two sides is 5cm, find the area of the triangle

perimeter=32 cm

let 1st side x cm
then 2nd side x+5 cm
given third side 11 cm
now
sum of all sides=perimeter
x+x+5+11=32
or x=8 cm

then 1 side 8cm
2nd one 13 cm(8+5)
third one 11 cm(given)
semi perimeter(32/2)= 16 cm

using hero's formula
area=√[16(16-8)(16-13)(16-11)]
= √[16*8*3*5]
=8√[30] cm²
