Perimeter =a+b+c
a=(2x+y-1);b=(x-2y+10)
let c=c
Perimeter =2x+y-1+x-2y+10+c
Putting the value of perimeter
7x-3y+6=3x-y+9+c
7x-3x-3y+y +6-9=c
4x-2y-3=c Ans
