The perimeter of a triangle is 96 cm. One side of a triangle is 8 cm larger
than the smallest side. Third side is 40 cm. Find the area of the triangle.

and second side be -(8+x)

third side -40cm

so,

8+2x+40=180

8+2x=180-40

2x=140-8

x= 132÷2

x =66

then,

x=66

x+8=66+8

=74

first side-66

second side-74

third side which is given-40

so,

40+74+66=180
