Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number be a factor of x

So, 3x + 4x + 5x = 144

12x = 144

x = 144/12

x = 12

So, the sides are

1 side = 3x = 3*12 = 36

2 side = 4x = 4*12 = 48

3 side = 5x = 5*12 = 60

Using heron's formula

Where s = semi perimeter( perimeter /2)

FORMULA = WHOLE ROOT OVER(S(S-A)(S-B) (S-C))

SEMI PERIMETER = 144/2

= 72

PUTTING THE VALUES

root over(72*(72-36)*(72-48)*(72-60))

root over(72*36*24*12)

root over(746496)

We know 746496 is the square of 864

Therefore the area of triangle will be 864 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

let x be the common factor..

so the sides would be 3x 4x and 5x

as we know the addìtion of all the sides means the perimeter

and we r given with triangle's perimeter..so it will become a linear equation in one variable

3x+4x+5x=144

12x=144

x=144/12x=12

so x=12

the sides are

3x =36m

4x =48m

5x =60m

hope it will help u
