25x + 17x +12x = 540
54x = 540
X = 540/54 = 10
Therefore x = 10
The three sides are -
First side is 25x = 25 multiplied by 10 is equal to 250 .
Second side is 17x = 17 multiplied by 10 is equal to 170.
Third side is 12x = 12 multiplied by 10 is equal to 120.
area =1/2×b×h
=1/2×120×250
=250×60
=15000
price = 15000×24.6/100=3,690rs
