the perimeter of a triangular plot is 600m.if the sides are in the ratio 5:12:13,then find the area of the plot ​

let x be each side

5x+12x+13x=600

30x=600

x=20

5x=100

12x=240

13x=260

area of triangle=hb×b÷2

100×240/2

area=24000/2

area=12000m²

perimeter of any figure means sum of all sides of that figure

so let the common multiple be x

5x+12x+13x=600

30x=600

x=600/30

x=20

therefore sides will be

5x=5*20

=100

12x=12*20
=240

240,260,100 is a Pythagorean triple

then area will be
1/2*b*h
=1/2*240*100
=12000
