Hi ,

Let the side of an equilateral triangle = a

perimeter = 6

3a = 6

a = 6/3

a = 2

altitude of the triangle = h

h = ( √3/2 ) × a

h = ( √3 × 2 )/2

h = √3

Therefore ,

Altitude ( h ) = √3

Option ( d ) is correct.

I hope this helps you.

Given that the perimeter of an Equilateral triangle = 6.

We know that there are three sides in an equilateral sides,

Each side s = (6/3) = 2 cm.

Now,

The length of the altitude of the triangle l = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} * s

 = > \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} * 2

 = > \sqrt{3}

Therefore, the length of altitude of the triangle =  \sqrt{3}

Hope this helps!
