Area of equilateral Triangle = √3 / 4 ×a² 

and

perimeter of equilateral triangle = 3a

where , a i s the side of triangle.

Here,

perimeter = 60 cm

=> 3a = 60 cm

=> a = 20 cm 

Now,

the Area of triangle = √3 / 4 * (20)²

=> 400 √3 / 4 

=> 100 √3 cm²
