perimeter of equilateral triangle = side×3

60=side×3

side=20 m

area of equilateral triangle = root3/4×side^2

=root3/4×20×20

=100root3 m^2

So area of equilateral triangle of perimeter 60m is 100root3 m^2

This triangle is equilateral therefore its side length is same

length S = 60/3= 20m

Area of equilateral triangle = √3/4×S

= √3/4×20
= 0.433×20
= 8.66 m²
