the perimeter of an isosceles trapezium is 475 and its non parallel sides are 50 cm long find its area if its altitude is 40 cm.​

Answer:

If the non parallel side measure 50 cm then and the Triangles two non parallel sides will measure 100 cm

If the non parallel side measure 50 cm then and the Triangles two non parallel sides will measure 100 cm This means that the base of the triangle is 375 CM

Area of triangle isosceles triangle

=1/2xbxh

=1/2x375x40

=20x375

=7500 CM Sq

So area of a isosceles triangle is 7500 CM sq
