Perimeter of triangle=16cm
Length of equal side=6cm
So, perimeter of the triangle = 16 cm
Side + side + side = 16
6 + 6 + side =16
12 + side = 16
Side = 16 - 12
Side = 4
So, the length of the base = 4 cm

hello users ...

solution:-
let the Base of isosceles triangle =  x cm

According to given:
perimeter of triangle
= sum of length of all sides of triangle = 16 cm

=> 6 +  6 + x = 16 cm

=> x  + 12 = 16 cm

=> x = 16 - 12 = 4 cm

=> Base of triangle = 4 cm Answer

# hope it helps :)
