The perimeter of an isosceles triangle is 2(length of equal side) + the length of unequal side the length of the unequal side of an isosceles triangle is half the length of 1 of the equal sides if its perimeter is 35cm find the lengths of the sides of the perimeter

unequal side = x, equal side = 2x

x + 2(2x) = 35 cm

5x = 35

x = 7 cm

Unequal side = 7 cm,

Each equal sides = 2x = 14 cm
