Perimeter of isosceles traingle=ab+bc+cd
in a isosceles triangle ab=cd
P=bc+2ab (since two sides are equal)
250=50+2ab
200=2ab
100=ab
ab=cd=100cm
the equal sides are of 100cm
in a isosceles triangle ab=cd
P=bc+2ab (since two sides are equal)
250=50+2ab
200=2ab
100=ab
ab=cd=100cm
the equal sides are of 100cm

As we know that isosceles triangle have only two equal sides
Then one equal side =x
Other equal side =x
One unequal side =50
Then
Perimeter =x+x+50
250=x+x+50
250=2x+50
250-50=2x
200=2x
200/2=100
100=x
One equal side x is equal to 100
Then sum of two equal sides =100+100=200
Then one equal side =x
Other equal side =x
One unequal side =50
Then
Perimeter =x+x+50
250=x+x+50
250=2x+50
250-50=2x
200=2x
200/2=100
100=x
One equal side x is equal to 100
Then sum of two equal sides =100+100=200
