The equal sides will be of 12 cm each and the base will be of 8 cm.
So the area will be 45.25 sq.cm.

Answer:

hii,I hope this will help you

as the isosceles triangle has two equal sides

ratio of side and base=3/2

then the equal side be 3x and base be 2x

then

perimeter=3x+3x+2x

32=8x

4=x

then equal side=4*3=12 and base=4*2=8

then area of isosceles triangle by heron formula

semi perimeter=32/2=16cm

√{16(16-12)(16-12)(16-8)

√{16*4*4*8}

4*2*2*2√2

32√2 is the area of triangle

ans 45.248
