Let the sides be 3x,3x,2x
3x + 3x+ 2x = 32
8x = 32
x = 4
Therefore sides are 12,12,8
semi perimeter = 16
Area =  \sqrt{16(16-12)(16-12)(16-8)}
 =\sqrt{16(4)(4)(8)}
        = 32√2 cm²
