Let, the sides are 3x, 3x and 2x

Then, perimeter :

3x+3x+2x = 32 cm

=> 8x = 32

=> x = 4

Then sides are : 3x = 3×4 = 12 and 12 cm

2x = 2×4 = 8 cm.

Now, Area :

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 8 \times 12 \\  \\  =  > 48 \:  {cm}^{2}
