perimeter of an isosceles triangle 2a + b
where a and b are length of sides.
2a + b = 32
a:b=3:2
a=3b/2
thus; 4b=32
b=8
a=12
area= √{S(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}
where s is semiperimeter
area=√{16(16-12)(16-12)(16-8)}
area√{16×4×4×8
area =45.25
