the perimeter of an isosceles triangle is 32cm. the ratio of the equal sides to its base is 3:2. find the area of triangle

Let the sides be 3x, 3x, 2x
P= 32 cm
3x + 3x + 2x = 32
8x = 32
x = 32/8
x = 4
Sides are
3*4= 12
3*4 = 12
2*4=8
s=32/2
s=16
By Heron’s Formula
root s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c)
root 16 (16-12) (16-12) (16-8)
root 16 * 4*4*8
root 2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2
2*2*2*2*2root2
32root2
