The perimeter of an isosceles triangle is 32cm. the ratio of equal sides to it 3:2. the area of triangle will be:

Let sides be 3x, 3x, 2x

3x+3x+2x = 32

8x = 32

x = 4cm

So sides are 12cm, 12cm. 8cm

Using herons formula or isosceles triangle formula we get area as 45.254 or

a) 32√2
