the perimeter of an isosceles triangle is 40. cm the base is two third of the sum of equal sides. find the area of the triangle

let equal side's be x.
x+x+2/3(x+x)=40
x+x+4/3x=40
10/3x=40
x=12
equal side=12,base=16
s={12+12+16}/2=20
area=√{20*(20-12)*(20-12)*(20-16)}=32√5
